  Class Application:  If you wish to attend a class, please e-mail me the following information:

•   your name
•   type of dog (specify breed or mixed)
•   age of your dog
•   class you are interested in attending
•   when you can come (mornings/afternoons/evenings - which ones and what times are good)
•   any special problems your dog has (that you want to work on)

     I will acknowledge your e-mail and let you know when I'm planning the next iteration of the class
